Duties

• Assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to support project execution.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform wiring, conduit bending, and component installation tasks.
• Follow electrical safety procedures consistently to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and team members.
• Support the testing and troubleshooting of electrical circuits using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters.
• Help with low voltage wiring projects, including alarm systems, data cabling, and control panels.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) compliance standards.

Experience

• Previous experience or exposure to industrial or commercial electrician work is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with construction site environments and safety protocols is advantageous.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
• Basic knowledge of electrical safety procedures, including working with high voltage and low voltage systems.
