Responsibilities

Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform wiring tasks, conduit bending, and fixture installation. Support the installation of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. Conduct routine inspections using tools like ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues under supervision. Follow all safety guidelines, including NEC (National Electrical Code) standards, to ensure a secure work environment. Help with framing carpentry tasks related to electrical installations and assist in maintaining a clean, organized work site.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or prior construction experience is a plus. Strong interest in electrical work with a desire to learn and develop new skills. Experience with hand tools, power tools, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation preferred. Familiarity with low voltage systems, NEC standards, ohmmeters, and basic electrical testing equipment is advantageous.
