We are seeking an experienced Control4 Programmer who is a self-motivated professional that enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working with cutting-edge smart home systems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

* Install, configure, and commission residential & commercial automation systems * Program and troubleshoot Control4 automation systems * Perform advanced audio/video installations and calibrations * Configure and troubleshoot residential & commercial networks * Install and integrate surveillance, LED lighting, landscape lighting, motorized shade systems and other third-party products * Diagnose and resolve service issues independently in the field * Communicate professionally with homeowners and project stakeholders * Maintain project documentation and installation standards

Minimum Job Qualifications

* 1-3+ years experience in Control4 programming and system setup, Control4 certification preferred * At least 3 years experience installing, calibrating, whole house audio/video, home theaters, surround sound systems * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening * Ability to participate in rotating on-call service schedule * Ability to use hand and power tools * Some travel required

Optional Job Qualifications

* 3-5 years experience in security systems: wiring, setup, programming, troubleshooting, setup monitoring services (Honeywell, DSC) * 3-5 years experience in CCTV systems: wiring, design, setup, troubleshooting * 3-5 years experience in structure wiring: cabling, terminations, testing
