Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in commercial, industrial, and renovation projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical layouts
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as ohmmeters and low voltage testers to perform installations and diagnostics
• Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and understand industrial electrician standards to support automation systems
• Conduct inspections adhering to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards to ensure safety and compliance on construction sites
• Read schematics and electrical drawings to plan wiring routes and system configurations effectively
• Collaborate with construction teams on framing carpentry, renovation projects, and handyman tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial settings with a strong understanding of electrical systems
• Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting electrical issues using diagnostic tools like ohmmeters
• Knowledge of high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical systems with the ability to work safely under NEC guidelines
• Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and efficient project execution
