*Pay Transparency*

This is a union position. Wages are based on the applicable union agreement and are determined by experience, qualifications, and classification level within the bargaining unit.

• Pay rate varies depending on experience and skill level (e.g., industrial electrical experience through advanced PLC programming, including Allen-Bradley systems).
• Pay is weekly in accordance with company and union payroll practices.

*Schedule & Work Requirements*

• This is a full-time, 1st shift position only
• Overtime is required as needed based on operational demands
• Mandatory rotating on-call schedule is required
• Candidates must be available to respond during assigned on-call periods

Work hours, overtime, and on-call assignments are determined by production needs, business needs, and maintenance requirements, including emergency repairs, equipment breakdowns, and other unscheduled operational issues, in accordance with the applicable union agreement.
