Solar Electrician

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrician with solar industry knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential and commercial electrical systems, PV installations, battery storage systems, and main service panel upgrades. The position involves working on residential and commercial projects, ensuring all isntallations are completely safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all local codes.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
• Install battery energy storage systems (Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, FranklinWH, or similar).
• Perform main service panel upgrades and electrical service modifications.
• Install breakers, disconnects, conduits, wiring, and related electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC requirements and local electrical codes.
• Work closely with project managers, inspectors, and customers.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
