Position Overview

Green Water and Power is seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Electrician/Foreman to perform complex electrical work for EV charging stations (installing, repairing, troubleshooting systems). This role also provides first-level supervision, training, and direction to other electricians/installers, coordinating tasks, managing workflow, estimating materials, and ensuring projects meet code standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install EV charging infrastructure on new construction sites
• Run EMT and underground conduit accurately and efficiently
• Pull and terminate wire in accordance with NEC and project specifications
• Install and make up panelboards, switchgear, and related electrical systems
• Work with 208V, 240V, and 480V power systems
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and one-line diagrams
• Lead and supervise electrical installations for commercial EV charging systems.
• Lead and mentor Junior and Senior Level EV Installers, providing guidance, technical support, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
