Compensation

• Pay: $30–$40/hour (based on experience) + Performance Bonus
• Total Compensation: $62K–$150K+ (Top performers can earn $150K+)
• Base salary is paid irrespective of volume of work

If you are a journeyman or master electrician, you can make 70K to 150K (& more) in total compensation.
