### Position Overview

As a Lead Residential Electrician, you’ll serve as the on-site lead for residential jobs, acting as the primary point of contact for homeowners while supervising apprentices and ensuring excellent workmanship.

### Key Responsibilities

Lead residential electrical projects from start to finish

Serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowners *

Perform and oversee installs, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs *

Supervise apprentices and ensure quality standards are met *

Ensure all work complies with NEC and safety regulations *

Maintain clean, organized, and professional residential jobsites * * Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams

### Required Qualifications

Strong residential electrical experience
