Job Overview

This Electrical Apprentice role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working alongside skilled electricians on diverse projects. We are looking for 2 Apprentice Electricians that are 1st to 4th Year in experience. You will be instrumental in assisting with electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance across various settings, including commercial and industrial sites. This paid apprenticeship is designed to empower motivated individuals to grow their skills, expand their knowledge of electrical systems, and prepare for a successful career as a licensed electrician.

Duties

• Assist experienced electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and low voltage testing equipment such as ohmmeters to perform tasks accurately and safely.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support electrical installations and troubleshooting efforts.
• Support the setup and framing of construction sites by collaborating with carpenters on frame carpentry tasks as needed.
• Conduct basic inspections of electrical components, including high voltage and low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols on construction sites and handling electrical materials responsibly.
