Senior Maintainer - Electrician

Under general supervision, the duties require the use of judgement in planning and directing the work of subordinates.

· Assign work, supervise and work with a small staff of maintainers engaged in maintaining and making repairs to buildings and grounds.

· Requisition and distribute building supplies.

· Maintain supply inventory.

Qualification

Four years of satisfactory journey-level experience performing specialized building maintenance and/or repair activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
