Seeking Qualified Electrician

We’re a small, growing company looking for a highly qualified electrician who knows residential and commercial systems inside and out and is comfortable on both new construction and renovations of older buildings. This is a full-time, hands-on role for someone who delivers quality work, holds themselves to a high standard, and is ready to help lead as we grow. Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings, on both new and existing construction.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to execute projects accurately.
• Work with low- and high-voltage systems in full compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
• Use testing equipment (ohmmeters, multimeters, etc.) to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Lead and mentor junior electricians and apprentices; coordinate work on the job site.
• Collaborate with other trades to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and modifications.
• Follow all safety protocols and help maintain a safe job site.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a residential and commercial electrician, comfortable with both new and old construction.
• Experience managing or mentoring others on the job.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of low- and high-voltage systems and NEC standards.
• Able to work safely at heights and in confined spaces, and to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license — we work throughout Middle Tennessee.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
