Residential Electrician Duties

* Residential service, maintenance, and inspections — Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on home electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable operation. * Wiring and equipment installation — Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, devices, fixtures, appliances, and related components using appropriate hand and power tools. * Electrical layout planning — Plan and execute wiring layouts and equipment placement based on job specifications, residential electrical codes, and safety standards. * Whole‑home rewiring — Complete full‑structure rewiring projects, including circuit upgrades, panel improvements, and replacement of outdated or unsafe electrical systems.

What you will bring

* Progressive electrical experience * Journeyman's or residential license preferred * Experience in residential repair and install * Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (company vehicle provided during working hours) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong time management skills and attention to detail * Strong knowledge of safety compliance * Ability to work independently or in a team environment * Able to handle physical workload
