Compensation & Perks

$85,000 – $150,000 per year

Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems
Complete installations, upgrades, and safety improvements
Build strong customer relationships through trust and education
Clearly explain issues, solutions, and options to homeowners
Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and reliability
Work alongside customer service and dispatch for a smooth experience
Maintain a clean, organized job site and fully stocked truck
Mentor and support apprentices—help grow the next generation

5+ years of residential electrician experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
