Responsibilities

Maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical issues for residential customers. Install and replace electrical systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements). Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms). Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment. Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
