IES Residential is currently seeking Residential Electrician Helper in the Kerrville, Texas.

Responsibilities may include and are not limited to

* Pulling wire through conduit and making connections to electrical panels, junction boxes and other electrical components. * Hot check trouble shoot * Reading and interpreting blueprints, and building codes to determine electrical layouts and wiring requirements * Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to prevent workplace accidents and injuries * Carry, hold, and organize materials required for completing projects. * Maintain a clean and safe work area. * Communicate effectively with team members and take direction from supervisors and licensed electricians. * Promptly report any unsafe working conditions or incidents to the appropriate person.

Specific Qualifications

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. * Clean driving record * Ability to pass a background and drug test * Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) is a plus. * Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed. * Must have good communication and interpersonal skills

Bilingual (* ) is a plus.

### Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding) and in outdoor weather conditions.
