We are hiring Residential Apprentice Electricians/Electrical Helpers for our team in the San Antonio, TX area and are looking for dependable individuals who want to learn the trade and grow their career in the electrical industry.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on field experience while working alongside experienced electricians on residential electrical installations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

As a Residential Apprentice Electrician/Electrical Helper, you will

• Assist in house rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire
• Install trim components such as plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches
• Carry materials and tools to support the leadman and crew
• Clean and maintain the work area and equipment
• Maintain a professional working relationship with the leadman and team members
• Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to management when needed
• Follow company safety policies and promptly report hazards
• Take direction effectively and contribute to a productive team environment

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to read, write, and speak English

• Preferred: Electrical experience and knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
