IES Residential is seeking motivated and dedicated Electrical Apprentices to join our team. As an apprentice, you'll work under the guidance of experienced electricians to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience in residential installations, and grow your electrical career within a supportive and safety-focused environment. ### Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of electrical systems in residential buildings, including wiring, lights, outlets, meters, panels, and devices.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, and install electrical conduit using hand tools and power tools.
• Support the layout and installation of service entrance equipment and underground conduit for new construction homes.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical systems and circuits under supervision.
• Help maintain tools, materials, and work areas in a safe and orderly manner.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, PPE usage, and company and industry electrical codes.
