General Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Residential Electrician to perform and oversee residential electrical installations, repairs, and service work. The ideal candidate has strong residential experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

* Lead residential electrical installations and service work * Supervise and support apprentice/helper electricians * Read blueprints and troubleshoot electrical systems * Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes * Maintain safe, clean job sites and professional customer communication

Specific Qualifications

Requirements

* 2–3 years residential electrical experience * Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required) * Strong knowledge of NEC and safety practices * Valid driver’s license * Bilingual () a plus

Physical Requirements

* Lift up to 50 lbs * Climb ladders; work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas * Stand, bend, kneel, and work with tools for extended periods
