Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances using construction plumbing techniques.
• Perform electrical work such as wiring, circuit troubleshooting, and fixture installation in compliance with safety standards.
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, remodel, or repair structures and systems across various construction sites.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects involving plumbing, electrical systems, or carpentry.
• Conduct welding and pipe threading tasks as needed for heavy-duty piping projects.
• Assist with HVAC system maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal climate control in commercial environments.
• Perform general handyman duties including remodeling, assembly work, heavy lifting, and site cleanup to support ongoing construction activities.
• Operate a variety of construction site equipment and adhere to safety protocols during all tasks.
• Support construction site logistics by driving commercial vehicles when required and maintaining accurate documentation of work performed.

Experience
