Position Summary

As a Master Electrician, you will serve as the technical authority on custom residential projects, overseeing installations, ensuring code compliance, and supporting project planning. You’ll work hands‑on in the field while also providing guidance to journeymen and apprentices. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys solving complex electrical challenges, and thrives in a collaborative, detail‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform electrical installations for custom residential homes, including rough‑in, trim‑out, and specialty systems
• Ensure all work meets NEC standards, local code requirements, and Powered Solutions’ quality expectations
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to journeymen, wiremen, and apprentices
• Review and interpret blueprints, one‑line diagrams, and designer lighting plans
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with project managers, builders, designers, and homeowners to maintain project alignment
• Assist with project planning, material selection, and job sequencing
