Maintenance Supervisor - Master Electrician

The Installation Technician is a key member in the installation department, responsible for delivering and assembling our products for customers.

A Maintenance Supervisor- Master Electrician reports directly to the Manufacturing/ Service Manager in Houston and is responsible for leading all maintenance activities to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facility equipment and building systems. This is an advanced skill level position that requires an individual who demonstrates proficiency in all areas of maintenance operations, proven competence in managing complex electrical projects, and extensive knowledge of safety regulations and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, time management, organizational skills, and self-motivation are key elements to this role while operating independently on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

* Perform routine maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and structural components

* Respond to equipment failure and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime

* Maintain interior and exterior areas including offices, shop floor, and warehouse

* Coordinate facility upgrades, installations, or repairs with contractors and venders

* Plan, prioritize, and maintain the maintenance scheduler to ensure timely completion of submitted tickets

* Manage maintenance work orders and maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities
