MAINTENANCE III TECHNICIAN ELECTRICIAN

Duties (included but not limited to)

• Maintain oversight of the plant's maintenance duties to ensure optimum performance and a safe working environment meeting current OSHA requirements
• Perform all electrical and some air conditioning repairs
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and system upgrades to ensure accurate documentation
• Collaborate with other trades such as HVAC, frame carpentry or handyman services to support comprehensive facility maintenance needs
• Perform "on-call" duties for electrical and some air conditioning needs as required
• Operate and manage all life safety systems including fire alarm monitoring panels, dry/wet sprinkler systems, audible alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, means of egress, fire
• Conduct regular inspection tours of the building for deficiencies and potential safety hazards
• Take part in emergency preparedness planning
