Rite-Hite

is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our team at our Horn Lake, MS manufacturing facility. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain electrical systems and manufacturing equipment while supporting preventive maintenance efforts to maximize equipment reliability, minimize production downtime, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Installs and repairs conduit, splices and insulates wires and cables.
• Analyzes all types of circuits and wiring diagrams to design, test, service, install, dismantle, repair, adjust, calibrate all types of electronic devices and systems, electronic computing and control systems, power distribution control equipment, measuring, recording, processing, and control devices, indicating devices, and instruments.
• Determines the best manner of making repairs to minimize interruption of production.
• Adjusts all new equipment for proper operating characteristics.
• Repairs or adjusts equipment such as main motor drives, generators, control panels, relays, switchboards, circuit breakers, lighting circuits, resistors.
• Performs general preventative equipment maintenance.
• Supports predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
• Answers support calls and assists with maintenance projects as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 4 - 7 years of industrial maintenance electrical experience.
