Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in accordance with electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Perform high-voltage and low-voltage wiring installations on construction sites or renovation projects.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to identify faults or issues within electrical systems.
• Ensure all work adheres to NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards, NEC guidelines, and local electrical codes for safety and compliance.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following electrical safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete installation and repair tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with construction teams on site to coordinate electrical work with framing carpentry, HVAC systems, or other trades.
• Document all work performed through detailed reports and logs for project tracking and quality assurance.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards such as NFPA 70 compliance and advancements in electrical technology.
