Position Overview

We are looking for a Security Systems Technician to support and maintain integrated security systems across multiple client locations. This role focuses on access control, CCTV, visitor management, facial recognition, mobile access, and building network infrastructure.*** LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. MUST RESIDE IN NEW YORK. MUST HAVE PHYSICAL ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM AND VIDEO SURVEILLNACE SYSTEM EXPERIENCE***

Reporting to the Director of Field Services, you will monitor, test, troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software, ensuring reliable and secure building operations. You will also support system upgrades and participate in projects that enhance overall security and technology performance.

What You'll Do

· Install, support, and troubleshoot Access Control Systems (ACS), CCTV, and related security systems.

· Run, terminate, & test Ethernet and fiber cabling as needed.

· Rack, mount, and interconnect security and network equipment, including UPS.

· Support system rollouts, upgrades, and migrations.

· Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.

· Manage data in compliance with privacy and confidentiality requirements.

· Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time project delivery.

· Document work, follow standard procedures, and maintain equipment inventory.

· Travel to client sites across New York City

Basic Hardware Qualifications
