Low Voltage Technician Lead

• Lead installer is responsible for the projects and services assigned- Use experience to program and install/troubleshoot and service FIrelite, SilentKnight, Firewarden, Bosch, Potter, Honeywell, Ademnco, Kiddie, -Fire Alarm Systems.
• Access Control Systems-Brivo Keyscan
• Security Systems-Bosch Commercial Combo
• Honeywell commercial
• CCTV Cloud - Industry standard
• Fire Alarm-(Install/Inspections/RecordOfCompletions/Service)

Qualifications - Mechanical knowledge and electrical experience - Field service and service technician experience - Proficiency with hand tools and power tools - Familiarity with fire alarm systems, schematics, low voltage, and NEC codes - Knowledge of sensors and alarm system sales - Ability to read blueprints and design systems - Experience in construction and construction inspection - Fire sprinkler fitting skills - CAD proficiency is a plus

Work Location: On the road

• Manage tools and material needed for projects to setup
• Read and follow plans for Fire alarm system wiring and guidance to end users
• Plan schedules and/or lay out CCTV, Access Control and Fire Alarm work
• Performs scheduled installations with maintenance on a variety of equipment/systems under contract agreement by inspecting, programming, and calibrating systems within local code compliance
• Completes maintenance within assigned Labor allocated hours
• Assists with the kick off of new equipment or system installation and adjusts as needed to ensure the system is operational
• Perform work assignments in a safe manner in specified cost
• Maintain good customer relations to assists with contract retention.
