We are seeking a motivated and dependable Field Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you will install, terminate, test, troubleshoot, and maintain voice and data cabling, paging systems, and other low-voltage communication systems at customer locations. You will play a key role in delivering reliable network and communications infrastructure while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, label, test, and certify structured cabling systems, including Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, fiber optic, and coaxial cable.
• Install and service commercial paging, intercom, and overhead audio systems.
• Install cable pathways including conduit, cable tray, J-hooks, surface raceway, and other cable support systems.
• Install, terminate, and organize network racks, cabinets, patch panels, telecommunications equipment, and associated hardware.
• Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to complete installations accurately.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot structured cabling, network connectivity, and paging system issues using appropriate testing equipment.
• Perform system testing and verification to ensure installations meet customer expectations and industry standards.
• Work independently or as part of a team on new construction, renovations, and service calls.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding project status, system operation, and recommended solutions.
• Follow all company safety policies and job site requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Accurately document completed work, test results, service reports, and as-built information.
