is hiring a Lead Electrician who can take ownership in the field—someone who not only understands solar electrical systems, but can lead installations, ensure quality, and keep projects moving efficiently. The Role

• This is a field-based, hands-on leadership role focused on residential solar installations.
• You’ll be responsible for the electrical scope of projects, ensuring systems are installed safely, correctly, and in compliance with all codes and standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading Electrical Installations

You’ll handle the electrical side of residential solar projects, ensuring all systems are installed according to code and design specifications. Ensuring Quality & Compliance You’ll verify wiring, grounding, and system integrity, ensuring everything is safe, compliant, and ready for inspection. Team Coordination You’ll work alongside installers and helpers, providing guidance and ensuring efficient execution on-site. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving You’ll identify and resolve issues in the field to keep projects moving without delays.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum 1 year of experience in solar installations (required)
• Experience in residential solar electrical work
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards
• Ability to read plans and schematics
• Hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in field environments
• NABCEP Certified (preferred)
