Job Description

We are seeking an experienced electrician with management and business development skills. Candidate should have experience in both new construction and retrofit wiring, particularly in luxury residential settings. Responsibilities

• Perform electrical wiring for new construction and retrofit projects
• Install and support centralized lighting control systems (e.g., Lutron, Crestron)
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues independently
• Coordinate with low-voltage teams on integrated installations
• Develop, read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Manage electrical project timelines, budgets, and material procurement
• Coordinate scheduling with clients, general contractors, and internal teams
• Oversee job site progress and ensure work meets quality and safety standards
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
