Lead Electrician

JOB OVERVIEW

The Lead electrician is responsible for installing electrical systems in modular buildings and leading the electrical team.

DUTIES

• Install, connect, and test electrical wiring, outlets, lighting and fixtures in modular units
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics· Ability to rough in and terminate commercial and industrial buildings to code
• Experience in bending conduit and running/pulling wires
• Ability to troubleshoot
• When needed, ability to travel to job sites for field work

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience
• Vo-Tech Certificate or Associates Degree in Electrical
• Knowledge of electrical codes, NEC preferred
• Experience with low voltage up to 480v and 3 phase electrical systems preferred
