Job Overview

Founded in 2010, Beaver Plumbing and Electric is a licensed and insured residential and commercial plumbing and electrical company.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Electrician to oversee electrical projects at Beaver Plumbing and Electric , and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. As a key leader on our team, you will coordinate electrical installations, troubleshoot systems, and mentor junior electricians. Your expertise will drive successful project completion across commercial, and renovation sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Duties

• Ensure all work complies with NEC (National Electrical Code), local regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades like frame carpentry or handyman services to ensure seamless project execution.
• Diagnose electrical issues; implement effective solutions efficiently.
• Mentor junior electricians by providing guidance on best practices in industrial and commercial electrical work while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Willing to complete EVITP (Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Training Program) or Chargepoint Training and Certification. Employer supported.
• Company truck and gas card provided.
• Communicates with customers and team members to keep jobs running smoothly.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Enjoys problem-solving, leading by example, a team player and delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
