Electrical Installation Technician – Multi-Unit Renovation Project

DynaMech Solutions is hiring an Electrical Installation Technician to join our crew for a large-scale mechanical and electrical renovation at Fairview Gardens Apartments in Anderson, SC.

This is steady, full-time project work expected to last approximately 9 months. The project includes replacing electrical meter banks, apartment panels, and general interior wiring across 158 apartment units. You will work as part of a field crew under a Project Specialist/Supervisor, completing hands-on electrical installation work with a strong focus on safety, quality, and consistency.

This is a frontline, on-tools role for someone who takes pride in their craft, shows up ready to work, and wants to be part of a crew that does the job right the first time.

What You’ll Do

• Replace existing electrical meter banks
• Replace apartment electrical panels
• Install, repair, and replace general interior wiring as needed
• Make up electrical connections safely and neatly
• Support rough-in, trim-out, and final electrical installation work
• Verify proper electrical operation of installed equipment and circuits
• Identify and communicate electrical issues found during unit renovations
• Ensure work is completed safely, cleanly, and to applicable code requirements
• Coordinate with plumbing, HVAC, and renovation crews to keep unit work moving efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside occupied or recently occupied apartment units
• Follow company SOPs, safety protocols, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards
• Complete CompanyCam photo documentation and assigned job workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on electrical installation experience
• Residential or multifamily renovation experience preferred
• Experience with panel replacements, meter banks, and general branch-circuit wiring preferred
