Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including low voltage and high voltage wiring in commercial and industrial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics to guide installation and maintenance work.
• Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters such as ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment to diagnose issues accurately.
• Work safely on construction sites by adhering to OSHA standards and NEC regulations while managing electrical components.
• Install programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation devices to support industrial operations.
• Assist with renovation projects by updating or replacing existing electrical systems while minimizing disruption.
• Collaborate with other trades such as frame carpentry or handyman teams when necessary for integrated project completion.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, inspections completed, and parts used for compliance and future reference.

Experience

• Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems in construction or renovation environments.
