Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems using hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to accurately execute installation and repair tasks.
• Work with low voltage and high voltage systems in compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
• Operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues effectively.
• Collaborate with construction teams on renovation projects, framing carpentry tasks, and general construction site activities.
• Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for industrial automation processes when applicable.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols, including proper handling of electrical components and tools.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems in commercial buildings or industrial facilities to ensure ongoing safety and functionality.
• Assist with schematic reading and interpretation for complex electrical installations or troubleshooting scenarios.
• Demonstrate handyman skills for minor repairs or adjustments on-site as needed.

Qualifications
