Based on experience: - No certifications but working experience- $22- $29 or Certifications such as Journeyman/Master or HVAC certifications plus experience $29 -$35Employment Type: Full-time, PermanentWork Schedule: Alternating Schedule- 1 week Monday-Thursday 10 hour days 6am-4pm and 2nd week Tuesday- Friday 10 hour days 6am-4pm.Position Summary

The Industrial Maintenance Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the facility. This position supports production by minimizing equipment downtime while maintaining compliance with all company safety policies and applicable electrical codes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and operational status checks on electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and control system failures.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment including motors, motor controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), switchgear, circuit breakers, relays, sensors, and environmental control systems.
• Identify electrical faults using appropriate testing equipment and diagnostic techniques.
• Replace or repair defective breakers, switches, contactors, thermostats, fuses, wiring, conduit, and other electrical components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Install new electrical equipment and modify existing systems as required.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Assist with parts identification, inventory management, and material organization.
• Support HVAC and general maintenance activities when required.
