Industrial Electrician

Job Summary

The Industrial Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and testing electrical systems and equipment in an industrial environment. The role ensures all electrical installations and repairs comply with applicable safety standards, electrical codes, and company procedures while supporting reliable plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults using diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, PLCs, control panels, and automation systems.
• Install and terminate electrical wiring, conduits, cable trays, and instrumentation.
• Test electrical systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety regulations.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
