### Role Scope

As an Experienced Marine Electrician, you will support the efficient construction of custom aluminum vessels by delivering reliable, code-aligned electrical systems from rough-in through commissioning. This senior-level role exists to protect quality, safety, and schedule on complex builds.

Key responsibilities include marine electrical installation, routing and securing wireways/penetrations/foundations, terminating and independently testing circuits, and integrating advanced electronics (radar, sounders, AIS, A/V). You will read plans, document work, and coordinate with production to resolve fit-and-finish issues.

Required qualifications/skills

• 5+ years as an electrician or apprentice; marine experience required
• Ability to terminate and test independently
• Proficiency with advanced marine electronics installation
• Advanced fabrication skills; able to build/install wireways and penetrations without supervision
• Mechanical experience (marine/automotive/diesel or similar)
• Able to work at heights and in tight spaces; safety-focused
• Strong communication, work ethic, and humble, team-oriented approach
• ABYC certification preferred
