We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems within residential settings. Your expertise will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality electrical work that meets all safety standards and client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from new construction to renovations, while utilizing your technical skills and passion for electrical craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, outlets, switches, and fixtures in residential properties
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete electrical tasks with precision
• Conduct inspections of electrical systems using tools such as ohmmeters and ammeters to diagnose issues
• Ensure all work complies with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and local building codes
• Collaborate with construction teams, including frame carpenters and other trades, to coordinate project timelines
• Troubleshoot low voltage and high voltage electrical systems safely on construction sites

Requirements

• Proven experience as an electrician in residential settings with a strong understanding of electrical systems
• Hands-on experience with industrial and commercial electrician tasks is a plus
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment
