Lead Master Electrician (Commercial Foreman)

Detroit Metro / Southeast Michigan OCG Companies | Full-Time

$95,000 – $120,000 Salary (DOE) Top Performers: $120K – $135K+ (Bonus + OT) Company Vehicle OR Month Allowance Sign-On Bonus Available for Qualified Candidates

OCG Companies is hiring a Lead Master Electrician / Foreman to take control of commercial projects across the Detroit metro area.

What You’ll Own

• Full control of commercial job sites (ground-up + tenant improvements)
• Crew leadership, scheduling, and productivity
• Coordination with GCs, supers, and PMs
• Layout, planning, and execution from prints
• Job pacing, problem-solving, and decision-making on-site
• Code compliance (NEC), safety, and quality control
• Material ordering and job cost awareness

What We are Looking For

• Master Electrician License (Required)
• 10+ years commercial experience
• Proven Foreman / Lead experience running jobs
• Someone who can run work without micromanaged
• Strong leadership presence — crews respect you
• Experience with large-scale commercial systems (panels, switchgear, lighting, etc.)
