Job Description

The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS) is seeking candidates for the Electrician position at the Nebraska State Penitentiary. We are looking for someone with an Electrical license or can acquire that license through their experience and/or training.

Additional $3/hour facility differential for hours worked.

* Install, alter, and maintain electrical systems, including overhead and

underground circuits, de-energized high-voltage equipment, and interior

power distribution.

* Lay out, assemble, install, and test conduit systems, wiring, switches,

outlets, panels, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components.
