Responsibilities

• Support licensed electricians by preparing tools, materials, and equipment needed for electrical installations and repairs
• Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to install wiring, conduits, fixtures, and other electrical components
• Help with the installation of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
• Conduct routine inspections using tools like ohmmeters to test circuits for continuity and proper functioning
• Follow safety protocols aligned with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and construction site regulations
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing materials and disposing of debris responsibly

Experience

• Prior experience working with industrial or commercial electrical systems is highly desirable
• Familiarity with construction site procedures, safety standards, and blueprint reading is preferred
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and schematics is essential
• Knowledge of low voltage wiring, high voltage systems, and NEC compliance will set you apart
• Construction site experience demonstrating adaptability in dynamic environments is advantageous
