Requirements

• Valid and clean driver’s license
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, in crawl spaces, and at heights
• Physically able to work on your feet 8+ hours per day
• Able to lift and carry tools and material as needed
• Takes direction well and shows initiative
• Respectful communication with coworkers, customers, and suppliers

Daily Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with installations, repairs, and upgrades
• Pull wire, set devices, install fixtures, and prep materials
• Organize and maintain truck stock
• Load and unload tools and materials
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional
• Run to supply houses as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
