Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician/ Aprendices to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various facilities. Your expertise will ensure that electrical infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. Duties

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings using schematics and technical manuals.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to accurately complete projects.
• Perform facilities maintenance tasks including lighting upgrades, circuit repairs, and emergency electrical responses.
• Supervise junior team members and coordinate with other trades during complex projects or maintenance activities.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician with comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints effectively.
• Proficiency with testing tools such as ohmmeters for diagnosing electrical faults.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English/Spanish across diverse teams.
• Supervising experience demonstrating leadership capabilities in managing maintenance projects or teams.
• Experience in manufacturing environments or facilities maintenance is highly desirable.
