Electrician

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electrician, Helper Electrician, and Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various environments, including commercial, industrial, and construction sites. Your expertise will ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and local electrical codes, contributing to safe and efficient operations.

Duties

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in accordance with NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association standards) and NEC (National Electrical Code) guidelines.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring and system layouts.
• Perform high-voltage electrical wiring and low-voltage system installations on commercial and industrial sites.
• Use hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment to identify issues and ensure electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics to troubleshoot faults quickly and implement effective solutions while adhering to electrical safety procedures.
• Follow all local electrical codes and safety protocols during installation, maintenance, or repair activities.
• Collaborate with construction teams on site setup, renovation projects, or new builds by providing expert electrical support and ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

Skills

• Proven commercial electrician experience with a strong understanding of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70 compliance requirements for safe electrical installations.
• Skilled in electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to identify faults efficiently.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics accurately.
