Duties

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and systems in commercial and industrial environments
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical projects
• Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters like ohmmeters, and other testing equipment to diagnose issues and verify system integrity
• Work safely on low voltage and high voltage electrical systems following NEC guidelines and safety protocols
• Collaborate with construction teams on site to ensure proper framing carpentry, renovation work, and electrical integration during new builds or upgrades
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and compliance documentation
• Assist with schematic reading and programming of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation systems

Requirements

• Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems in construction or renovation projects
• Hands-on experience with low voltage wiring, high voltage systems, schematics, and blueprints reading
