Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to accurately execute electrical projects.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to perform wiring, conduit bending, panel installation, and system upgrades.
• Work on low voltage and high voltage systems, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in industrial automation processes.
• Conduct renovation work on existing electrical systems while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate electrical installations on new builds or remodeling projects.
• Utilize testing equipment such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical faults accurately.
• Read construction blueprints and schematics to ensure precise installation according to project specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Skills

• Extensive experience with industrial electrician tasks including PLC programming and troubleshooting.
