Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to accurately execute installation and repair tasks.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to perform electrical work on construction sites or renovation projects.
• Test electrical systems using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to diagnose issues accurately.
• Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and low voltage systems to support automation and control functions.
• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards for safety and quality.
• Collaborate with construction teams, frame carpenters, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or failures before they occur.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and safety inspections for each project.
• Adhere to safety protocols on construction sites or industrial environments to prevent accidents or injuries.

Experience

• Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems in various environments.
• Hands-on experience working on construction sites or renovation projects involving complex wiring tasks.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical diagrams essential for precise installations.
• Knowledge of high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical systems is highly desirable.
• Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation projects is a plus.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Strong understanding of NEC regulations, safety standards, and electrical codes applicable in different regions.
• Handyman skills or frame carpentry experience can be advantageous for multi-disciplinary tasks involving electrical components within broader construction activities.
