Framing Carpenter – Modular Construction

Bill Lake Modular Homes is seeking an Electrician to join our expert modular construction team in Sprakers, NY. In this hands-on role, the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical systems, code compliance, and possess strong problem-solving skills. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow their career with a company that values craftsmanship, integrity, and team success.

What You’ll Do

• Installation: Electrical components and wiring, lighting, breakers, and other devices
• Maintenance: Inspect electrical devices and components
• Compliance: Adherence to state and local regulations and code
• Troubleshoot/Problem Solve: Anticipate nuances and potential issues based on design challenges and pose solutions

What You Bring

• 1+ years of electrician or construction experience (preferred but not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic with consistent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights using ladders or scaffolding.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
