Electrician (3 Yrs. Experience preferred)

ELECTRICIAN

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Maintaining and repairing existing electrical equipment (120V, 480V, 3 Phase).
• Installation of power supply wiring and conduit for new and existing equipment.
• Responding to breakdowns, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Completing tasks and PM’s as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets and assembly schematic drawings.
• Experience with PLC Controls.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic controls troubleshooting and repair.
• Calibration and adjustment of electrical/electronic equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Experience with heat treating burner controls and flame management a plus.
• Ability to work on Overhead Cranes a plus
• Experience with welding and fabrication a plus.

Qualifications

• Certification, Degree or Apprenticeship program or equivalent training preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and weekends in a Union Shop.
• Candidates must pass an Electrical Knowledge, Blueprint and basic welding tests.
• Must have the ability to work in various temperatures and at elevated heights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.16 - $44.50 per hour
